Before joining ursfitmanohar, managing my weight felt like an uphill battle, especially with hypothyroidism and a hectic work schedule. My days were packed with deadlines, and as a technical content developer, I often found myself working late into the night, leaving little room for self-care. Despite my efforts to eat healthy—like starting my mornings with plant protein shakes, eggs, and fruit, and choosing quinoa and chicken for lunch—staying consistent was always a challenge. Dinner was the hardest part, often ending up with quick fixes like dosa, curd rice, or leftovers, and I’d snack on biscuits or namkeen with my coffee at work.
I had tried to get back to my target weight of 62 kg on my own, but planning meals—especially dinner—became overwhelming. I missed having someone to hold me accountable and guide me, and I often doubted if my routine was right for my health needs. With no access to a gym and a dislike for mutton, I wanted a plan that fit my lifestyle and preferences, including foods like South Indian foods Rice, Eggs, Pulses, Biryani, and Roti’s etc.
My short-term goal was to reach 62 kg in a healthy way, and my long-term dream is to run marathons. I knew I needed expert support to get there.
That’s when I joined ursfitmanohar’s 1-1 personal training and diet program. The customized approach was exactly what I needed—my diet was tailored to my non-veg preferences, health condition, and busy routine, without compromising on taste or nutrition. The regular check-ins and personal guidance kept me motivated and on track. I finally felt confident that I was doing things the right way, with a plan that was sustainable and realistic for my lifestyle.
I’m grateful to ursfitmanohar for making my transformation journey possible. With their support, I’m not just losing weight—I’m gaining energy, confidence, and discipline to achieve my goals, one step at a time.
Thank you, ursfitmanohar, for helping me take control of my health and inspiring me to aim higher every day!
